MEETING OLIVIER BECHT AND THE FRENCH TECH ECOSYSTEM

La French Tech, along with the French General Consulate of Cape Town and the French Embassy, received Olivier BECHT, French minister delegate for foreign trade, economic attractiveness and French nationals abroad for a small gathering.

What was the goal of this meeting? 🎯

The aim was to give Franco-South African startups and tech companies the opportunity to discuss the issues they encounter when opening a branch in France.

Therefore, many thanks to our speakers who presented their activities and companies: Herland CERVEAUX from OceanHub Africa, Philippe HOEBLICH from PayGas Africa, and Shaylen Padayachee representing Thomas PAYS from Ozow, our host for this event.

We hope that this event, gathering both French policy makers and startups from the ecosystem, will enable us to better understand the issues encountered and develop solutions. 💪
